Exploring the Heart of People & Place

Sasha Temerte is an award-winning writer with a B.A. with Distinction in Writing and Rhetoric. Her prize-winning thesis explored the crossroads of culture, including the negotiation of multicultural identity, the story of a conflicted nation, and the contrast between tourism and travel. She was the recipient of the Carol Lipson Writing Award, winner of Syracuse University’s Best of Creative Nonfiction, and Bucks County Poet of the Year. More importantly, she has walked highways in Morocco, befriended cows in the autonomous community of Piagú, and spent hours in Thailand learning meditation from a former monk combatting human trafficking. Written with nuance, Sasha’s stories inspire readers to pursue meaningful travel experiences.
